Project summary

The SOURCE project is funded by the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) and will run from November 2006 to October 2008. The project is supporting the ₤80 million investment by JISC in the creation of a network of digital repositories (aka digital libraries) across UK HE. Specifically, we are creating tools that will allow the migration of resources from one repository to another so that institutions can further advance their e-infrastructure so as to maximize on the features and functionality of different repository platforms [3]

The SOURCE project will also help establish a more robust repository infrastructure for the Bloomsbury Colleges Consortium. Watch this space for further information.
